GETTING STARTED WITH YOUR PROJECT
Our Process
We work across three clear pathways.
Each reflects a different level of design freedom, but all are built with the same care, materials, and attention to detail.
Core Range
Our core range is the foundation of what we do.
These are fully considered sauna and cabin designs, developed and refined by us. The layouts, proportions, materials, and construction details are already resolved, allowing you to focus on how the building sits in its landscape and how you’ll use it.
-
You choose a core model and fill out the ‘request a quote’ form. We’ll confirm suitability based on site, access, and intended use.
-
We tailor finishes, stove type, glazing, and selected details within the core design language.
-
Pricing and build slot are confirmed clearly and early.
-
Your sauna or cabin is built off-site, delivered, installed, and handed over with clear guidance on use and care.
Bespoke
This route is for projects that need to respond to a specific site, scale, or intensity of use.
It’s typically used for estates, hotels, gyms, retreat operators, and private clients looking for something beyond our standard models.
-
We discuss site, use, capacity, budget, and operational requirements.
-
Access, exposure, planning considerations, and servicing are reviewed early.
-
Layout, structure, materials, ventilation strategy, and finishes are developed specifically for the project.
Once the design is signed off, we issue a fixed price and build schedule.

The building is manufactured, delivered, installed, and commissioned.

Sauna Fit-Outs
Fit-outs are for saunas and wellness spaces built within existing buildings.
This includes gyms, hotels, private homes, and commercial refurbishments, where integration and performance are critical.
-
We review the existing structure, room dimensions, services, and constraints.
-
Bench layout, ceiling height, ventilation, insulation, vapour control, and fire clearances are carefully resolved.
-
A clear technical specification and fixed price are issued once the design is confirmed.

The sauna is built on site, with close attention to detailing and interfaces with the existing building.

Details
-
Our production timelines vary by structure and are confirmed once a build slot is secured.
Saunas: typically 8 weeks from the start of fabrication
Cabins: typically 16 weeks from the start of fabrication
These timelines reflect our build approach, materials, and level of finish. Lead times may vary slightly depending on specification, complexity, and workload at the time of booking, but we’ll always confirm key dates in advance and keep you updated throughout the process.
-
Planning requirements vary depending on location and use. In many cases, saunas may fall under permitted development, but this isn’t guaranteed and can be affected by factors such as size, proximity to boundaries, listed buildings, or commercial use.
-
To ensure a smooth installation and long-term performance, site preparation must be completed in advance of delivery. We will provide clear foundation and setting-out drawings for you to share with a local contractor of your choice. These drawings outline the required footprint, levels, load points, and tolerances specific to your sauna.
It’s essential that all foundations are fully complete, cured, and level at least two weeks prior to installation. This allows time to resolve any adjustments if needed and ensures the site is ready for immediate placement on the day of install. The prepared base should be accessible, structurally sound, and suitable for the weight of the completed unit, taking into account ground conditions and exposure.
We recommend early coordination with your contractor to confirm access, groundworks, and any local considerations such as drainage, wind exposure, or proximity to boundaries. If the sauna is being craned, delivered by trailer, or installed in a constrained location, this should also be factored in during preparation.
Once the base is complete, we’re happy to review photos or details ahead of delivery to confirm everything is ready. Proper site preparation is critical, as it allows installation to proceed efficiently and ensures the structure performs exactly as intended from day one.
-
Our saunas and cabins are delivered as fully prefabricated structures, ready to be positioned on site. Delivery is typically carried out using a HIAB vehicle, which allows the structure to be lifted directly into its final position. It is important that access and placement requirements are considered early in the process, as some locations may require specialist lifting equipment, cranes, or additional handling. We will assess access in advance and advise on any specific requirements to ensure delivery and installation are completed safely and smoothly.
-
Our cabins and saunas include a standard five-year warranty covering structural defects, alongside a two-year warranty on fixed component parts, including electrical systems, glazing, doors, lighting, and installed fittings.
-
Our structures are designed for year-round outdoor use and require minimal maintenance. Exterior timber can be left to weather naturally, developing a soft silver-grey patina over time, or treated periodically with timber oil if you wish to retain its original colour. Periodic cleaning and general care will help preserve the appearance and performance of the structure over time. We’re always available to offer advice, servicing, and support, and can provide maintenance plans on request to ensure your structure continues to perform and age beautifully over the years.
